1. Introduction

Pumpkintechlabs Limited ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how your data is handled when you use All Sports Score Keeper, BeanieApp, or visit our website at pumpkintechlabs.com.

2. Offline-First & No Personal Data Collection

Our applications are built offline-first. Match scores, game histories, player names, and custom configurations are stored locally on your device or paired smartwatch. We do not transmit, sell, or monetize your match history or personal identity.

3. Health & Biometrics Data

If enabled, All Sports Score Keeper accesses Apple Health (via HealthKit) or Wear OS Health Services to display your live heart rate, active calories burned, and step count during sports matches. This biometric data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to external servers or third parties.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Pro upgrades and subscription transactions are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store). We do not collect, process, or store credit card details.
